XI Congreso de viviendas turísticas de Ibiza

The Hotel Torre del Mar will be the venue for the 11th Ibiza Holiday Homes Congress on 20 October 2025. An event that will bring together experts and leaders in the tourism industry, and is promoted by AVAT and the Consell d'Eivissa.

This meeting will serve as a space for dialogue, training and networking for all professionals in the holiday tourism sector. It is hoped that through the presentations and round table discussions, innovative solutions and strategies will be generated to continue to position Ibiza as a tourist reference of excellence.

We welcome you to the Asociación de Viviendas Turísticas Vacacionales (AVAT, Association of Holiday Homes) of Ibiza. Ours is a non-profit association that brings together both owners and marketing companies with a common goal: the constant improvement of the tourism sector by means of legal and ethical marketing of vacation homes.

We aim to offer the tourist a seal of trust and experience that guarantees the legality of the property to be enjoyed and to the owner and intermediaries a tool for the defense of their interests in collaboration with the Public Administration.

10 years committed to vacation housing

AVAT has been part of the Federation of Small and Medium Enterprises of Ibiza and Formentera (PIMEEF) since its foundation in 2011. Only a year later the sector was regularized with the Tourist Law of 2012. Since then, we continue to bet on quality and trustworthy tourist housing with the support of PIMEEF and communication with the various administrations.
